Service Description

This 8-week series meets once per week and is designed to give you a solid, confident start with yoga. You’ll learn the key poses, breathing techniques, and simple flows that help improve strength, balance, and mobility without feeling overwhelmed. Movements are taught step by step with clear options so beginners feel supported and more experienced students can progress and challenge themselves. Expect steady, feel-good movement, mid-volume music, and a relaxed atmosphere where questions are welcome and perfection is not required. By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll feel more comfortable in your body, more confident in any yoga class, and ready to take your practice further if you choose.
