As a member of Club Universal you'll receive exclusive access to our members area, including group fitness classes and a platform to connect as a community and discuss everyday lifestyle habits to improve your overall well-being. We attract positive and encouraging people who motivate each other and feel that we can do better, be better, and feel better when we train together.

What equipment do I need to bring to Club Universal?

We provide all the necessary equipment for your workout. Just bring your water bottle, clean/dry sneakers, and a yoga mat for most classes.

How old do you have to be to workout at Club Universal? Is there a minimum age to join?

There are age requirements and restrictions that by law we are required to comply with and follow. If a minor will be attending class please send us a message in the chat box to ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and signed ahead of time.

Can I bring my child to Club Universal while I work out?

Yes, we are baby-friendly during daytime hours. Please keep your child in their seat carrier and close to you. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
