Many of the online workout programs are designed to be generic. Each person is different and one standardized plan will not provide everyone with the best results. Club Universal can help implement a schedule and deliver classes and programs that target your fitness goals and coach you throughout the entire process

Yes! Club Universal is inclusive to all skill levels. Our group classes are designed for each client to work at their own pace and build on their strengths and weaknesses together.

We provide all of the required equipment for clients to complete their workout. However, you will be responsible for your own water bottle, clean/dry sneakers and a yoga mat for most classes.

There are age requirements and restrictions that by law we are required to comply with and follow. If a minor will be attending class please send us a message in the chat box to ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and signed ahead of time.

During the daytime hours we are baby friendly. However, we do require your child to be placed in their seat carrier and close to parents. Parents are responsible for children at all times and must tend to them as needed.
