At Club Universal, we offer a variety of fitness classes, programs, and coaching styles designed to support all fitness levels. Whether you want strength, sweat, mobility, or structure, you’ll find it here.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes are the heart of Club Universal. Expect full-body workouts, clear coaching, and an encouraging environment. Classes are designed so you can scale intensity, modify movements, and move at your own pace.
Includes strength, cardio, dance-style fitness, Pilates-inspired classes, yoga, and more.
Best for: Anyone who wants structure, motivation, and variety.
Strength & Conditioning
Focused strength training classes that help you build muscle, improve movement, and gain confidence using weights. Coaches teach proper technique and offer regressions and progressions.
No experience needed. We teach you how to lift.
Best for: Beginners to experienced lifters who want to get stronger safely.
Bootcamp & Conditioning Classes
High-energy, total-body workouts using stations, intervals, and circuits. These classes improve endurance, strength, and overall fitness while keeping things fun and engaging.
Best for: Anyone who likes variety and a good sweat.
Pilates, Yoga & Mobility
Lower-impact classes that focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and recovery. These sessions complement strength training and help reduce stiffness and aches.
Best for: Recovery days, injury prevention, and improving how your body moves.
