🎉 Birthday Party Guidelines
Our party time slots are designed to keep things running smoothly while giving you plenty of time to celebrate.
Party Times:
Saturday
• 2:00–3:45 PM
• 4:30–6:15 PM
Sunday
• 11:30 AM–1:15 PM
• 2:00–3:45 PM
Party Time Schedule
You may arrive 25 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to decorate and get set up.
Each party includes 1 hour and 45 minutes of celebration time, followed by a 15-minute clean-up window at the end.

Saturday
• 2:00 PM Party → Arrive 1:35 PM | Depart by 4:00 PM
• 4:30 PM Party → Arrive 4:05 PM | Depart by 6:30 PM
Sunday
• 11:30 AM Party → Arrive 11:05 AM | Depart by 1:30 PM
• 2:00 PM Party → Arrive 1:35 PM | Depart by 4:00 PM
A 30-minute buffer between bookings helps us reset the space for the next group, so staying on schedule is appreciated.
Staff will have the venue ready for your arrival, but once your party begins, you’re running the show.
If you’d rather actually enjoy the party instead of playing server, referee, and cleaner all at once, you can add a staff attendant. They can help with games, food, cake, and clean-up. Not included by default to keep costs low, but honestly, it’s a game-changer.

• 5 tables and seating for up to 24 guests (extra folding chairs available)
• Access to a fridge
• Bluetooth speaker + party lighting
You bring the cake, decorations, food, and the birthday magic.
🎲 Party Tips (Trust me on this one)
Have a couple of simple activities planned so it doesn’t turn into complete chaos.
Old-school games still win every time:
Pass the parcel, hot potato, freeze dance, Simon says, limbo
Kids love structure way more than we think… and it saves your sanity.
🧹 Clean-Up & Recycling
We keep it simple and quick:
• Empty and dispose of all food and drinks
• Recycling is available
• Do not put cardboard in garbage bags
• Break down cardboard (pizza boxes, etc.) and stack in the equipment room
• Bottles and cans go in recycling
• Wipe down or neatly fold tablecloths
If you have leftover decorations or supplies, feel free to leave them behind. We’ll pass them along to another family.
