Service Description

🎂 What’s Included + Helpful Details We keep our birthday parties fun, flexible, and low-stress so you can actually enjoy the celebration. You’ll receive the venue access code prior to your party day. Just show up, decorate, celebrate, and make it your own. Here’s how it works: • Staff will have the venue set up prior to your party • Staff do not remain on-site unless a host has been booked • Hosts may arrive up to 25 minutes early for decorating/set-up • Fridge access available for cakes and small food items • Seating for up to 24 guests, plus additional folding chairs available • Parties run for 1 hour 45 minutes • A 30-minute buffer is scheduled between parties for quick clean-up Need a little extra time? Just ask. If availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate. 🎉 What We Provide • The venue • 5 tables + 32 chairs • Fridge access • Bluetooth speaker • Simple birthday decor (Happy Birthday banner, etc.) Basic Glow Party Includes: • Glow lighting & party lights • Glow banners 🎉 What You Need to Bring • Themed decorations • Table coverings (6 recommended) & table settings • Cake (don’t forget a knife + lighter) • Party game prizes • Loot bags Together, you’ve got party magic ✨ 🎈 Party Add-Ons + Helpful Notes Booking a party host for games? Please bring your own prizes and choose your preferred games ahead of time. Popular options include: • Limbo • Pin the Tail • Pass the Parcel • Musical Chairs • Freeze Dance • Hot Potato • Simon Says • Floor is Lava Planning Pass the Parcel? Please come prepared with your wrapped items. 🧹 Clean-Up Made Easy • Leave the space as clean as it was when you arrived • Clean spills immediately and give the floor a quick sweep before leaving • Leave table coverings on the tables, we’ll handle those • Empty liquids into the sink • Dispose of food and drinks properly • Recycling is available • Stack pizza boxes and bottles neatly for recycling Don’t want to bring decorations home? Cancellation Policy

Bookings • A party is officially reserved only after the deposit is paid • Bookings are first come first served • No holds without payment Deposits & Payments • Non refundable deposit required at the time of booking • Remaining balance due 48 hours before the party • No-shows or cancellations inside 48 hours are charged in full • Payment options: e-transfer or credit card through the CU app Arrival & Setup • Doors open 30 minutes before your rental • You are welcome to bring decorations, snacks, drinks • No confetti, glitter, or sparkly madness unless you feel like vacuuming for the next 3 hours Supervision & Safety • Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times • CU staff are there to facilitate, not babysit • Please follow equipment rules — we love enthusiasm but broken equipment kills the vibe Food & Allergies • Outside food allowed (cake included, obviously) • Please be mindful of allergies and keep peanut products out of shared spaces Cleanup • Leave the space the way you found it • We’ll handle the heavy cleaning • You handle food, drinks, garbage, and personal items Add-ons • Extra time may be booked if the schedule allows • Additional instructor-led activities are available on request (extra fee applies) Weather & Emergencies • If CU cancels due to weather or an emergency, your deposit is refunded or credited • If you cancel for weather and roads are open, regular policy applies
